I will support you to navigate your diagnosis, identifying your unique strengths and needs, along with exploring the strategies you find most useful and suggesting others that may be helpful.
We will produce a personalised booklet together that is yours to use however you wish. Many people have found these useful to help explain to others what being autistic means for them. However, the process alone of producing the booklet often gives valuable insight for the person themselves.
This package can be adapted to suit children, adults and people with additional learning disabilities. The booklet will be highly customised to feature your specific interests.
Included in the package:
- Analysis of your diagnostic report (if available) in order to start the process of identifying your unique autistic characteristics.
- Up to four 1:1 sessions either online or in your own home* where we will spend time further exploring your diagnosis and supporting you to understand and embrace your autistic identity.
- We will also generate strategies that you and others can use to enable you to thrive in the world, without the need for masking.
- Personalised ‘This is me’ booklet
- Bespoke feedback session that can be delivered to anyone in your life who would benefit. This may be family, school, college, work etc and will include:
- General information about autism.
- Specific feedback from your ‘This is me’ booklet.
- An opportunity to explore the strategies we have identified and to talk through any specific situations where the strategies will be useful.
