I work with both children (aged 8 and above) and adults.
Given my extensive experience of working with autistic individuals, I am happy to work within many settings from the family home, schools (year 4+), colleges, work places, sports clubs, supported living or residential accommodation, youth offending provision, probation, prisons etc.
I am based in Barnoldswick on the Lancashire / Yorkshire border but can travel out of area if costs are covered. I am also able to offer some services online.
Services
Nic is able to offer a range of neuro-affirming services, available for adults and children from age 8.
- Autism assessment – starting from 90 minute online consultation sessions and extending to full multi-disciplinary comprehensive assessments (from £350)
- Communication assessments and advice
- Consultation and advice for families or services struggling to communicate with an autistic person
- Personalised post-diagnostic support, including her popular ‘This is me’ package but also several other options for helping you or your child to understand your / their diagnosis, including supporting recovery from autistic burnout.
- Advocacy for reasonable adjustments (school, college, work).
- Bespoke training
Services are based on an hourly rate of £70 per hour.
Home visits up to 10 miles (from BB18 5RE) each way are included in fees quoted. Journeys above this are charged at £1.50 per additional mile to cover fuel costs and time.
